Display content in partner portal

we are having troubles with displaying content of the CRM in the partner portal. There is no data shown and this error is displayed:

You cannot view this page because your account is not associated with a partner account. Please contact your system administrator to correct this error.
Could you point me to what I need to set up?

Hi Michal,

In order to view the pages you discribe, you will need to create or add your contact record to an Account record that is a partnered account.  To do this:

  • Create or Open an exsisting account record and insure that the "Relationship Type" is set to "Partner".
  • Select "Contacts" from the Details pane on account record and add your exisiting contact to the list.
  • Save and Close the record.

This assocation will flag your contact as being assocated with a partner account and the pages will become available.
